Kardelen was founded in 1992. Our intention was and still is, to produce and design linen which has a long tradition in Scandinavia. According to us, linen has the most beautiful structure of all textiles. During the years we have added a high quality collection of blankets made in materials like merino wool or alpaca and in 2008 Kardelen expanded in to the field of ceramics by a taking over Twinshome. We can now present a wide range of flowerpots, bowls and vases to combine with our textile products. We cooperate with well known Scandinavian designers to develop our business concept for all our products and today we are represented by over 2.500 shops around the world of which many are well known houses.
